Providence Bay News & Notes

We’re halfway through the annual rifle hunt for deer and welcoming many visitors to our beautiful island to help control the deer population. What a wonderful time for family and friends to gather together to create lasting memories. Enjoy and be safe.

We’ve had some crazy snow and cold for the past while, but it looks like we might get a break from the cold over the weekend and into next week. If you don’t already have your winter tires on, be sure to do so right away. There have been so many vehicles and trucks that have found their way into ditches already, so slow down and drive safe.

The monthly euchre tournament will be held November 27 at 8 pm in the basement of the hall at the Twilight Seniors Club. Bring a partner for a great evening of fun and socializing.
