My family and I closed up the cottage this past weekend and were early for our Chi-Cheemaun reservation. We started kill time by walking along the road towards the boat launch and came upon the South Bay Fitness Trail. What a wonderful surprise!
The trail is easy to follow and we loved the rustic use of wood to create the stairs and pathways! It was a great way to spend the afternoon and we can’t wait to go back and walk the entire trail.
I’m not sure how many people know about this little gem, but I hope whoever is responsible for the planning and execution of this project realizes that it is truly a job well done!
