Providence Bay News and Notes

Graeme Prescott was home from Toronto for a few days to visit family and friends including his grandparents Don and Naida Prescott in Little Current.

Belated birthday wishes go out to Ingrid Blay who celebrated November 27 with relatives during her trip to Düsseldorf, Germany.

Rifle hunting season is over now for the 2016 year. There is a week long break from hunting the white tailed deer and then the season reopens for bow and muzzle-loading guns for seven days on December 5.

The Providence Bay Village Square is looking fantastic. It was recently decorated by local volunteers. Thanks to MJ and Alex for organizing this and hosting the hot chocolate social following the decorating bee.   

Don’t forget about the monthly Curling Club breakfast. This month it will fall on Thursday, December 1. Come on out and support our local club.
