M’CHIGEENG—Two Manitoulin Secondary School (MSS) cross country runners fared well at the Ontario Federation of Schools Athletic Associations championships.
James Scott finished 189th in a field of 270 runners in the senior boys 7.0 kilometre race. He posted a time of 26:50. Meanwhile, Beth Wiwchar, competing in the junior girls 4.2 kilometre race placed 191st in a field of 269, with a time of 19:29.
The provincial championships were held at Trinity College School in Port Hope on November 5.
