In my opinion, all Islanders should be receiving a minimum 10 percent discount on their hydro bill, with the exception of wind turbine leaseholders. I am presently working on a formula: 50 percent off within 1 km of turbines, 40 percent off within 2 km, 30 percent off within 3 km, and 20 percent off within 5 kilometres, as the bald eagle flies.
