Chef Louis Simard was one of a number of professional chefs who held cooking demonstrations during the Manitoulin Home, Cottage and Culinary Show held at the NEMI Recreation Centre in Little Current on the weekend. The inaugral show attracted a steady crowd through the three days of the event.
