That is one big fish! The Little Current Fish and Game Club had close to 200 Grade 4 students from seven elementary schools on Manitoulin Island and Birch Island visit the club’s hatchery last week.
Each year since 2005, the club has held the Bass Lake Creek
educational program visits for the students to not only education them about the importance of conservation and the intricacies of the walleye cycle and habitat, but provides the students with their very own fishing rod and reel to take home with them.
