“Their vision and hard work have redefined what a community library is”

To the Expositor:

Re: Defining a community library

Kudos must be given to the Little Current Library board of directors. Their vision and hard work have redefined what a community library is.

Programs have been initiated to suit various interests for all ages. Children’s programs, art programs, knitting classes, board games, art shows, individual and group computer lessons have all been provided.

Outreach programs for anyone unable to access the library are well established at the Manor, T.L.C. and individuals homes.

Thank you for making our Little Current Library a happening place, a hub for the community.

A friendly staff and innovative programs make the library an important part of our lives.

With much gratitude,
Lucie Medwig,
Sheguiandah
