Work began on the current vacant space on the former Robinson Supply Building property on Meredith Street in Gore Bay, last week. Manitoulin Transport purchased the former building in 2019 and tore it down. Construction on the new building which will include commercial space and apartments will begin in earnest this week and is expected to be completed by June, 2024.
