Beloved husband of Lorraine Perron (nee Shawanda). Loving father of Jennifer Perron, John Perron, Janice Perron, Paul Perron (Sally), Joe Perron (predeceased), Jean Richard (Michael), and Russell Perron. Grandfather of Shawn, Robert, Jacklyn, Quentin, Shelby, Kristen, Summer, Nicholas and great-granddaughter Echo. Godfather of Allien Paibomsai. He worked as an underground miner at various locations throughout Northern Ontario finishing off his mining career at Rio Algom in Elliot Lake. He enjoyed hunting small game and fishing with his uncles, cousins and siblings. Camping with the in-laws, family and friends and enjoyed spending countless hours with his beloved dog, Chase. He enjoyed listening to Johnny Cash, Tammy Wynette, George Jones and wasn’t shy to shake a leg on the dance floor whenever it was called for, but on any given day could be seen at home dancing with his beloved wife in the kitchen or living room. Family and friends gathered at Island Funeral Home on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 11 am to 2 pm. A private graveside service followed at Whitefish River First Nation Cemetery.
