HCC-Chef-Tony — DINING OUT— Chef Tony Ferreira was doing some live fire cooking and offering samples at last weekend’s Home, Cottage and Culinary Show at the NEMI Rec centre. He was a busy guy, manning the smoker, pizza oven and charcoal grill, all of which were available for purchase at Jake’s, one of the over 30 vendors on hand.
