St. Joseph’s Hospital in Little Current through octogenarian eyes

To the Expositor:

I’m sending this photo of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Little Current.

This was my first job at age 16. I was getting $40 a month doing patient care. The third floor was our sleeping quarters. Our physicians were Dr. Bailey and Dr. Henry.

However, I didn’t stay long—I went on to St. Joe’s Hospital in Blind River.

I am now 85 years.
