BayCentral Manitoulin Councillor Brian Bisaillion and his wife Joanne created a set of large red poppies that now decorate Village Square in Providence Bay. Volunteer seamstress Lorene Martell attaches the handmade poppies created by community members to banners. The banners were then attached to the pillars outside Pioneer Museum.
