TORONTO—It was yet another banner year for The Manitoulin Expositor at the Ontario Community Newspaper Association Better Newspapers Competition. Three first place and three third place finishes continue The Expositor’s longstanding tradition of excellence.

“Once again, The Expositor has shown the province that we are the newspaper of record for Manitoulin for a reason,” said Expositor publisher Alicia McCutcheon. “I am very proud of Jacqueline St. Pierre, our Local Journalism Initiative Reporter, and the whole team for the invaluable work they do each and every week. There is a whole lot of pride that goes into each edition of the newspaper and this is testament to that.”
