st-josephs — A Collaborative Effort St. Joseph’s Health Centre hosted the future leadership team of St. Joseph’s Lodge (currently Manitoulin Lodge) for a two-day orientation and leadership development session. Together with leaders from St. Joseph’s Health Centre, the gathering explored mission, compassionate leadership, and the principles of distributed leadership-all key to a shared commitment to excellent, person-centred care.
