MINDEMOYA—Eighteen-month-old Holland Moggy has epilepsy, and in an effort to raise funds and awareness toward research and to help other families whose children have epilepsy, Angie Moggy of Mindemoya and her family are going to be taking part in the 12th anniversary Epilepsy Seize the Day fundraising walk next month in London, Ontario.
“My little grand-daughter, Holland Moggy, whose parents are Corey and Marissa, has epilepsy. “So far, we have 10 or 11 family members that will be joining in on the walk. It’s in London on September 28.”
“Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario (ESWO) invites you to join us on Sunday, September 28, 2025, for the 12th anniversary of our Annual Seize the Day Fundraiser at Graham Family Eco Park. All funds raised will directly support vital programs and services for individuals living with epilepsy, their families, and communities,” the website explains.
“This family-friendly event kicks off at 10 am with a spirited run or an uplifting walk followed by a barbecue celebration.
