EDITOR’S NOTE: The following letter to the editor was submitted by a Gore Bay resident after attending one of the Gore Bay Theatre productions this summer.
Thank you, yet again, Andrea (Emmerton) and Walter (Maskel), for providing us with another wonderful evening of theatre! I can only imagine the challenges involved in presenting “The Woman in Black,” a riveting and complicated production, but you nailed it with your usual power and simplicity, and it was perfect for a gloomy rainy evening!
Ray (Scott) and John (Robertson) gave very strong performances accompanied by great sound effects and Tammy (Robinson) was beautifully creepy as she wafted malignantly around!
Again, may I say how very fortunate we are to have such talent and dedication right here in little Gore Bay.
