There was a great turnout of at least 50 kids on hand for the chocolate Easter Egg Hunt held outside the Park Centre in Kagawong on Saturday, April 19. The Easter Bunny was on hand for the event, while there were was a draw to win a golden Easter basket. The annual event was hosted by the Township of Billings Parks, Recreation and Wellness Committee.
There was a huge turnout of children and their parents/grandparents for the Gore Bay Easter Egg Hunt held on Friday, April 18. The entire group, including the Easter Bunny, posed for a photo prior to the children hunting for chocolate easter eggs. Each year a group of volunteers come together to organize this event. This year almost 50 children attended the hunt and took pictures with the Easter Bunny.
